Lisa Tilley

Lisa has been a part of the AWT family for more than 10 years.  After being employed in the local school system for more than a decade she embraced the opportunity to work for a small agricultural engineering firm that prioritized integrity and professionalism above profit.   Taking pride in the work they do, as most ISTJ personalities do, Lisa’s love for detail and order, her meticulous, careful & steady nature, and her prior educational work in data evaluation aid her in developing all financial transactions and reports related to AWT.

Lisa holds a B.A. Degree from Meredith College, with a major in Spanish and a minor in Mathematics.  She earned her Master’s Degree in Special Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  Employed as a public educator, Lisa worked with diverse populations of all ages and backgrounds. This prior work experience, combined with her penchants for loyalty and trustworthiness, compel Lisa as she strives to deliver professional and efficient service to all AWT clients.

Growing up on a family-owned tobacco farm in Timberlake, NC she is no stranger to the agricultural development of our state. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her niece and nephew, singing in a local community choir, and exploring local parks with her dogs.
