Licensed Registered Environmental Health Specialist, WPCSOCC Subsurface Operator, and Certified Raingarden Designer

Kathy joined AWT in 2016, retired from active practice in 2020 after a 30-year consulting career as president of February Associates, Inc. Prior experience includes stints with Wake County Health Department (now Environmental Services)  and North Carolina Department of Natural Resources Groundwater Section. Kathy has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in geology from NC State University,  and is a Licensed Professional Geologist in NC. She is a Registered Environmental Health Specialist, WPCSOCC Subsurface Operator,  and Certified Raingarden Designer.  Kathy’s primary responsibilities include staff mentoring/consulting/training in the areas of onsite wastewater and stormwater management
