Mateusz (Matt) Kalamon

• Mateusz joined the AWT team in November 2024. He received a B.S. in Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering from Florida Gulf Coast University in May 2017. He has nearly 10 years experience in the customer service industry. Mateusz’s professional experience includes 2 years of construction material testing inspections in North Carolina, which includes soil, concrete, masonry, and post-tensioning installation. He is a Level II: Certified Erosion and Sediment Control/Stormwater Site Manager. Prior to moving to NC, he designed water and sewer main improvement projects in the Southwest Florida area.

Mateusz is an Engineering Intern with the state of Florida and is working towards his Professional Engineering license. Mateusz’s main responsibilities with AWT include producing designs for residential and commercial wastewater treatment systems.

Mateusz spends his free time cleaning, cooking, and playing video games.
