Zoe Brilakis

Zoe joined AWT in November 2023. After living in Tennessee for six years and a decade of working in the food service industry, she moved back home to North Carolina and transitioned into the administrative field. Working at AWT blends her love of supporting others, supplying excellent customer service, and a passion for reducing food waste. She grew up working around horses and was a 4-H kid.

Zoe has a Bachelors in Food Science from Virginia Tech and a Pastry Arts Certificate. She hopes to use her fellow employees as recipe testers. She enjoys volunteering, gardening, and taking walks with her two cats.”
