  • Inspections

    If you own a home with an existing septic system, comprehensive septic inspections can be key to extending the life of your system. There are numerous types of septic systems that require routine maintenance inspections to evaluate the current performance of the system, collect wastewater samples (when necessary), and make any necessary repairs. All of these things help ensure the long life of the system as well as ensure public health safety.

    Septic system inspections are also a good idea when in the due diligence process of buying a home. Septic system repairs and replacements can be costly. Although we cannot guarantee future performance of the system, it is paramount to know before buying a home if the system has existing problems or is showing signs of failure.
